15 March - Mopping up operations were continued at 0730.
The 2d Bn, 9th Marines using tanks and flamethrower tanks
considerably reduced the size of the enemy pocket.  The 3d Bn,
9th Marines continued patrol operations and mopping up of
scattered enemy remnants.  The 1st Bn, 21st Marines continued to
follow the advance of the 5th Marine Division.  The situation at
1800 was as shown on Enclosure B (25), Situation at 1800, 15
March.
